La Piramide (la-pi-la-mi-dae) coffee grows in Inza which located in a sacred valley that sits below the elevated mountains that separate Huila and Cauca. It is the place where many rivers converge, making this territory a fertile and magical place. The harvest season for this coffee divided into two semesters; the first semester is between May-July and the second semester is around October-January. La Piramide is an intensely sweet and balanced coffee, with floral note, raspberry, peach, and honey.
RECOMMENDED Suitable for Filter brewing methods and French press.
